Need replacement battery for solar light

Okay, dumb question here.

I have solar powered motion lights. They are starting to fail, one by one, and I've been told it is probably the battery cells. The lights are under eaves so they aren't getting wet.

I pulled the battery out of one light. It is marked NiMH 18650 1800 mAh 3.7w 6.66 Wh Samsung ICR JYF-055C. It looks like a AA cell, shrink wrapped, with wires coming out of the wrap to a mini plug.

I can't find the same battery online (that is shrink wrapped and wired). Anyone know a source for this stuff? Does the replacement have to be NiMH, can it be LiON?

Sounds like a generic 18650, I just bought a few for my flashlights, with a custom end. Open it up and solder the existing wires/connector.

I have gotten stuff like that at batteries plus, though I suspect it would not be too tough if you have a soldering iron.
