If you have Amazon Prime, watch the Phillip K Dick "Electric Dreams" episode "Kill All Others". All through the episode, the main character is going through his house and being subjected to one commercial after another, based on which room he's in, what he's doing, etc.

Imagine, sitting on the toilet and getting barraged with toilet paper commercials.

After 4 days with my new HomePod, I gotta say... I'm totally underwhelmed. If you're a JBL speaker fan, you might like it, but I'm more of a Klipsch horn audio fan.

The sound lacks low volume oomph and is muddy. Even at louder volumes, it doesn't clean up. I'm hoping another week of break-in will improve things, but I'm not optimistic.

It is amazing, though, how Siri can hear you even when you can barely hear yourself talking to her. I don't know how they did that.

My wife is pissed that it won't play "French bistro cafe music". Google Home could do that.

Anyone else get one?
