I've been using CBD oil, the kind you can either vape or dose with a dropper under your tongue. The jury is still out, but it seems to be working. Good for sleep, mild depression, and hip arthritis.

Don't waste your time with the crap from places like Amazon - they don't have any CBD, they're just pressed hemp oil mixed with other oils and fillers.
Most importantly, make sure that what you buy is a "full spectrum" extraction. This maintains the high levels of Terpenes and Flavonoids that are necessary for the CBD's to enter your system and attach properly to the receptors.

The good stuff isn't cheap, but unfortunately, neither is a lot of snake oil sold as CBD.

Got's to do your research because MM is being sold in the unregulated wild wild west.

I'd like to visit one of these shops to see what it's all about. Never had much of a choice when visiting "friends". I've never really liked alcohol for relaxation after a difficult shift at work or the like. I'm not concerned with what others think of it , either you enjoy it or you don't. I enjoy the stress relief and other benefits it provides.

I stopped at one in Denver a few years back. Surprised me how clean, modern, and friendly the place was. Every type and price of product you could want. (some is very potent)
I was shocked at some of the prices, but was comparing it to the old days.
The security (paperwork) is done right.

Yes the prices appear to be more $’s for less product but with the potency of today’s strains it evens out.
