Jeff the winner with that Morgan Silver dollar. Well, maybe...I once found a snap-on 3/8" ratchet, extension, and 1/2" socket in my old pickemup. But I took it all back to the guy I had work on it.
One thing..the click bait video sure is no prize. A pox on the OP for posting that. Sorry I got sucked in.

A vail of white powder. I still have it somewhere. I should pitch it into the trash.

I have found lots of stuff but what sticks in my mind was the frog hopping around in a Vette I bought and had shipped from Florida.

Dust, dog fur, sand. Other than that, nothing valuable.

An Airforce officer died and his widow gave his car, a 78 Buick Turbo to some cars for kids kind of group. I ended up with it, a phenomenal car and in the trunk I found an old Chinese rolled up picture. I took it to work and a Chinese lady read it, said it was old script and gave me sort of a date on it. I have always liked it. Maybe someone here can read it. plus a picture of the car.
![]() The car was four wheel disk, posi, no electric windows or seats, bucket seats center console auto, no air, Turbo. someone must have known someone. |

My son found a USMC money clip in a 914 I bought. I didn't think marines made enough money to put it in a clip.
Heard of people finding guns.... Best story was a VW bus that was originally bought from a police auction. Sold 12 years later. Then sold 19 years later. Third owner started a resto on it after owning it another 5 years and found a false floor with 25 lbs of pot in it that had to be 36 + years old.....

Buick Lesabre coupe with turbo 3.8 liter. Pop had one after his 71 Super Beetle. Bought it new. 165 not-so-galloping horses.

That car came from Colorado, it had Colorado plates and deer whistles on the front bumper.

1975, I bought a 1953 GMC, found a tub of "Old Dutch" grease... Very thick stuff, consistency of roofing tar. I still have it on a shelf in my parts room at the shop. Not sure what to use it on... but it will hold a nut in an open end wrench when you can't reach back into a narrow space.
