Where to get RS/RSR body conversion done....
I bounced my car off a dirt embankment on Union Hill Rd. in Redmond. I have great insurance and want to pay extra to get a conversion done to the body while I'm in the shop anyway. I have the car at a very reputable body shop, and I can just purchase a kit (any ideas on that?), and have them do it, or I can go to a more specialized shop. However, I don't know of any. Thoughts or recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Mark at Eurotech in Kirkland is a good choice, so I've heard.

Thank you guys....
... things are still up in the air with my insurance company (quite literally -- the car is up on blocks while they try to figure out the extent of damage to the frame, tub, etc.). But regardless, thank you.

Sorry to hear about your accident, but glad you've found the "upgrade" silver lining. Hope it works out for you.
I drive those roads from time to time (recreationally, hehehe)... what happened?

Hey, thanks to all for their follow-ups to my post. As to where it occurred, I can't place it exactly. I don't know the road well, and haven't been back, but it was downhill, southwest bound, in a heavily wooded area without any buildings, coming off a fairly sharp turn. I just hit the turn too hot, in wet conditions, and let up on the gas as I transited the curve. I've done it right a thousand times, this time I did it wrong, and the car broke loose, flying across both lanes of traffic (luckily no cars) and into a dirt embankment, then hard off the embankment across both lanes again, hitting the other side (also dirt), finally got control about halfway down the hill, where there was an small pull-off on the road. I pulled in there, and was able to drive the car home. I wasn't hurt too badly -- 'shaken, but not stirred.' Now I have discovered that the car was totalled. I'll find a new one. Live and learn.

Yeow! I'm very sorry to hear the car was totaled. Fortunately you weren' t injured. Cars can be replaced and sounds like your insurance should cover you there. Good luck in your search for a new better one.
Goes to show the old addage is correct: "Never lift in a turn".... especially in a 911.

Eurotech has done good work for me as well. Just be careful to list all the requested work in writing... a few details were left off my job.
