***** UPDATE ON HOTEL INFORMATION !!! ******
Here is the latest: Friday night rooms have all been booked. However, they have included the only four rooms they had left for the night in our group. The four rooms left are Jacuzzi king suites for $139.00. They will be available on a first come, first served basis. I also added five more rooms for Saturday night at the same rate. Rooms will be held until May 17th. Do not delay...get them booked today! Tell them you are booking under the name "CAN-AM" to get the group rate price. Probably the best place to meet would be in Brewster on US-97 at the gas station adjacent to the highway. This would work as well for those coming from the Vancouver area via SR-20 (North Cascades) Also plan on a lunch stop here. We should plan on meeting up around 12:45 - 1:00

MEETING PLACES/TIMES Meet at the Issaquah XXX at 7:30 am on June 7th with a full tank of gas (stations nearby). We will leave promptly at 8:00 am and proceed to the Brewster, WA Chevron where we will meet up with Canadians coming south on US-97 and those coming via SR-20/153 over the North Cascades highway. For those coming over North Cascades highway: after passing through Twisp leave SR-20 and continue straight on SR-153 towards Pateros and the Columbia River then turn LEFT and proceed to the Brewster Chevron station. We'll meet at the Chevron station at approximately 12:30 pm. |

Hi guys, I just wanted to ask if you needed a full confirmation on the event and if you're full. My wife is in Toronto as I write this dealing with a family crisis, so our near future is in an extreme state of flux. We attended the last one and had a blast (black 3.2 Targa). I'm assuming that I can find suitable accommodation at the last minute. Cheers and have a great ride...even if we're not there.

Because a lunch stop could be rather sketchy, it is recommended you all consider bringing something to eat.

Just found out about the hotel info on this thread, so I phoned and made reservations. Sounds like its down to only a couple of rooms left for Friday.

I recommend everyone bring 2-ways. Makes it a lot easier to communicate amongst the group, especially in areas with bad cell reception. See everyone soon.
