Recommendations for interior ceiling after sunroof delete

Hi guys. The time has come to put the car back together and I'd like to seal and prime the inner ceiling where the sunroof fill panel has been welded in.

It's bare steel so I'm thinking an automotive etching primer of some kind and then maybe an epoxy primer to finish it off.

What product do you recommend? I want to brush it on. The exterior was just painted.

all you would need to do is epoxy prime it.
because moisture will go thru primers over time it's a good idea to spray a coat or two of a top coat over the primed area also.
