Trim Paint and Underside

One of my projects for this summer is to repaint all of the black trim on my 80 911 SC.

What is the best paint to use for this project. I am talking the windshield trim, outside door handles, 911 SC on rear, etc.

Also as I crawl around under my car, I don't see any rust and I am thinking that maybe a nice coat of POR15 on the underside of the pans would keep thins that way.

I have an old 1961 Sunbeam Alpine that I painted the underside with POR15 and it looks great.

What about a Porsche any need to do this other than vanity?
