Question Painting 101-Help

Hi guys,
I am new to this forum and new to refinishing a 911. I have been going through the various posts and quite frankly I am a bit confused as to the proper primer and sealer procedures as it would apply to my project.
I have a '78 SC which is being turned into a '73RS, sort of. This car is slated to be driven on the road and at the track so it is not intended to be a garage queen of concourse winner. It is intended to be a good looking, fun, hot rod.
The tub and doors are in outstanding original shape. Only some surface rust at bottom of windshield and rear quarter windows.
Front fenders are brand new.
Hood is a 40 year old unused barn find with original factory primer.
Front bumper, rear bumper and duck tail are from GT racing.
I'm planning to have all sheet metal (except undercarriage) media blasted inside and out next week, however, this now depends on clearing up my confusion in the refinishing process.
My chosen final color is signal orange ('73). So, my questions are, what primer(s) and sealer(s) do I use to get a really good paint job using Glasurit paint? Any particular procedure with respect to filling in roughness left from removing surface rust?
Thanks and Cheers!

OK, I should have first read Freddie's 101 series before posting my questions. I think I pretty much have all the answers for now. Thanks Freddie.
