Rust fix in S Florida

Hopefully near Miami or Ft Lauderdale. A family member has a '94 928GTS (original owner) that has developed a quarter-sized rust spot on the front cowl under a wiper arm (stone chip maybe?). Best to get it fixed before it gets any worse.

Can anyone recommend a good shop that will take on a small job like this but also do it right? There weren't many 928s built in '94...'95 was the last year.
