Bench adjusting Dellortos

I have the book from CB Perf. on bench adjusting Dells prior to installation. Aside from setting the mixture and the idle screw...is that it? It doesn't mention any other adjustments that could or should be made except for the air bypass screws.

That's all there is to them.
Turn the idle air bypass screws all in just til they touch. Do not torque them down tight.
