Get thee to 356talk... you'll get the best info there, esp. on the early pre-a cars. I do know there are several top notch restorers up there, but I've not read my 356talk mail in so long, I can't remember names...

What Chas mentions about the Emorys would be correct...

If you decided to sell this instead of restore it, I would love to be considered. It looks like you could enjoy it the way it is!

thanks Christian,I will keep it in mind but at this time I think I'm on a mission to restore it. The first pic is from the barn I drug it out of in 1999 and it was parked there in the mid 60's. Since then I am ashamed to say all I have done is wash it and park it in my garage. So I think I will take a run at it. I will keep you posted.

Awesome! If you run into anything you could use some advice on, I'd be happy to help. I purchased my 63' needing a total restoration and now just have a few misc. items to finish. I've done everything myself except the bodywork and paint (all mechanicals including rebuilding the engine and interior). Send me an e-mail at Porsche356@cox.net

Nice find! So how did you find it?

What part of the country was it in?

356 help

Hey there,

I think that I can recommend someone for either the restoration or at very least finding some of the more rare parts to make your restoration complete.

ME !!

Give me a call and I think that I can help.

Erik Johnson (303) 443-1343 I work with Carquip now, but was with PowerHaus here in Colorado. We have a ton of 356 parts and some of the best tech around. Really.

Hope to help you in the future.
