what does this belong to?
Purchased a un finished 1960 356 S90 resto project to sell complete or for parts.
In the several boxes of parts there is an unusual super 90 emblem. Resto guide book says it is for 356B GT? is this a rare item. Also there was 3 orig carpet samples in side of one of the door pannels. Good for comparison due to fact they have not seen daylight since 1960. Is this common? also there is a new horn button, How do you tell if repo or not? more photos are at http://www.geocities.com/tjrfab/ any help woud be appreciated. |

Hello
I hate people cuting wire looms. This car was never meant to be rstored someone haked out the best parts in the fastest way. The instruments seem to be the ones from a Super 90 The carpet samples are not normal and the right one doen´t look like Porsche material anyhow. Not sure about the horn button as there are some very good made copys around. If you compare them direct you will see differences in color and the crest is not as detailed plus a tick smaller in size. Grüsse |
