Not The Color You Want

Who out there found their perfect Porsche, but it wasn't the color you wanted? Did you end up buying it or did you pass? In hindsight, how do you feel about your decision?

I found the perfect Carrera. Well sorted mechanically, but the color is White, which I'm not to keen about, but I think I can live with it. The '87 Carrera has a rebuilt engine with 5K miles on it and the clutch has been replaced recently. The interior color is black, which is fine by me. It's like a brand new car and the price is right, but again, it's WHITE.

All opinions appreciated.

Suck it up. White is the new Black. I've got three white P-cars so I'm biased.

not sure if you like matte black color. you could plasti dip the entire car in matte black and drive it for a while. once you sick of it, just pull it off and it is white again. you can plasti dip any matte color as well. i did mine in black. the matte black look is awsome. you either like it or hate it. most people hate it. i love it. i also love the fact that i don't have to wash my car often any more.

I am going with white for my B coupe, but setting it off with a can-can red interior. Mmmmmmm

My new 911 is bronze, but I want white. It is getting a complete conversion and engine upgrade anyway, so a respray is in order. I would not pass due to color unless it was a museum piece and then I would pass as I like to drive my cars and not in a kind way.
