WTB: '64 or '65 transaxle

Looking for a '64 or '65 disc brake transaxle, complete with brakes. Prefer usable, but can rebuild if necessary. Please let me know what you have.

i have the transaxle from my '64 SC. also a full set of disc brakes from the same car.
