Just saw where the factory has parts for the 356 again... part of their "classics" program. Only things I noticed were door skins and the rear clip, but the catalog was limited... according to the website, they either have everything, can get it, or can/will make it.
FWIW I thought the rear clip and door skin prices were good - $1k for a skin, $2500 for the rear clip...
