Why do people not want to ship overseas?

Not that I want your dizzy, but I wonder why if the buyer is paying for the postage and the item has to be packaged up anyways, why don't Pelicans want to post outside of the US? Us Pelicanites overseas get a bit miffed by this, and I see no reason why..

Just wondering why, enlighten me..

Makes no sense to me if you are paying the bill. Sometimes it does require more work.

you guys wanted Porsches and if they didn't ship to America............

Just saying ... I have shipped goods all over the world and other than having to fill out a customs form, if the customer is paying its no biggie
