Is this likely due to a compressed impact bumper shock?
I’m wondering if the cause of the gap in the attached picture is likely due to a compressed bumper shock or if there are any other causes/ways to adjust the bumper short of replacing the bumper shocks.

Kind of looks like it. The gap between the bumper filler and the accordion shouldn't be that big.
Bumper shocks are cheap. |

It could be but why not try measuring the distance from the front of the wing to the front of the bumper on each side and comparing, then also ask others for an example distance to compare?

It is also possible that the bellows are not OEM and so have distorted slightly
