Oil level and emergency brake light relation

So after I drive off this morning i noticed my ebrake light still dimly lit. Upon arriving at work I looked up the wiring schematic and checked on here for info. I noticed in the diagram that several wires enter the ebrake /seatbelt light module. One of which is the oil pressure wire green/white. Anyway, at lunch I did take note that when the Oel level is down the light is brighter. As the engine warms up and the oel level rises it starts to turn out the light. Bad ground?

SOLVED:
The back of my Oel Level gauge had 2 G/W wires to it...Wrong! The PO must have connected it this way, not sure why. Anyway I removed the ebrake light G/W wire and connected it to its correct post on the low pressure oil idiot light where it should be.
