Mr. Dennis Powell put together a custom wiring harness and wow is his work incredible, I upgraded to the Classic Retrofit fuse panel and he even made all connections for me! Pulling the through body harness and routing the engine bay took about 6 hours, not an easy job at all but probably one of the last few painful projects left here. The labeled wires are a huge help and I couldn’t thank Dennis enough for making this for me.
![]() ![]() I’m still working on installing the Classic Retrofit Electrocooler infrastructure and once that’s wrapped up I’ll send it out for a cut and polish. Once that’s complete, I’ll be ready to install the balance of finish parts and hopefully engine/transmission build will time be ready by mid-summer. I still need to order up my carpet set, I’ve decided to go with square weave oatmeal color, I’ve saved a good amount of seat leather for the carpet binding. Classic 9 looks like a great option to produce the carpet but if anyone has other recommendations, I’m all ears. More to follow….

It’s been a minute and progress has been slow but we’re getting close.
Interior work has taken forever, headliner, door glass, quarter windows and rear defroster glass have been installed. The aluminum 915 gearbox was rebuilt by Ninesport in Central Florida.

The motor is complete and finally home. Waiting on new crankcase studs to mount the gearbox. The build spec is incredible, it’s a 3.5 with pretty much all new internals except for the crank.
Aluminum/steel lined cylinders, 46 PMO carbs, JB racing twin plug dist., RarelyL8 headers, Monty muffler, etc. It’s an incredible build, can’t wait to install/fire up. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Where did you pick up that master cylinder and brake line set up?

Brake line set came from Stoddard. The 23mm master cylinder was from PMB.

Love the way those spark plug wires are routed! I take it you're runnin' solid tensioners?
