17" Maxilite Fuchs replicas!

The 17s have finally landed. I'll have them in May.

I bugged Maxilite to make these and they're here. . 7, 8, 9, and 10x17s

Maxilite wheels are German TÜV approved and I get and give the best discount as many of you know.

Finally some good news!

The 10s are perfect. There isnt a need for 11s for 930 rear axle.

My prices

10x17 ET 15mm $425 in the finish shown.
8x17 ET 10.6mm $250 each

Retail for these start at $480 and $280 each but most seem to list higher than recommended retail.

I know this is bad timing to post this given the state of the economy but I'm exiting they listened to me and made these.

Matt

Hi,

7Jx17 ET 23,3mm my price $230 (matte black finish)
9x17 ET 15mm my price $285 regular retail starts at $320 and up.

Matte finish is the easiest production method and much less expensive than the RSR finish. RSR retail on the same 7 & 9 : $410/$470. My price would be much lower for these alao.

Note: these won't be available for me to order until sometime in May.

Regarding production methods of these Tüv wheels;

High pressure cast T6061 aluminum alloy then heat treated. We have machined the lips off several of these wheels. The machined off rings are not brittle, they bend with force, they dont break...which is what you want to see.

New Fuchs wheels are not forged in the same way as our old forgings either, and the design isn't the same bc Porsche owns the original design as we know here.
No brainer in terms of price. Maxilite is a big operation, they make TÜV replicas for Alfa, BMW, Jaguar, Miata, Mercedes and Porsche. 60% of their wheels are for Porsche though. They know what they are doing.

All I can do is provide offset for you to make your own determination. Figuring offset that will work isnt difficult if you can remove your wheel and take measurements.

Yes, I can ship to Canada but not for $20 per wheel.

Actually Maxilite told me I can get the 17s now but it would add 25% bc I'd be buying from Europe.

I usually buy them once here in their US facility.

But they will be here in May.

Any chance these will come in offsets for later year cars, like 964 and RSR finish?

964 just does not look right with Fuchs. The cup1 or cup2 wheels fit those a little better in my opinion.

I think Fuchs look nice on the 964. I'm currently running Cup2's and also really like the look of Cup1's. Every time I think about going with a set of Cup1's though, I think of how much lighter the Fuchs are. Cup1's are surprisingly heavy.
