Mike, have had the same experience with Drew at URO. He has even sent us some parts to test.
Cheers

Is the white female ,2 pin, harness side CHT connector available? Mine is brittle and cracked and I’m striking out trying to find a replacement.

Anyone else running into issues with their URO CHT sensor?
Mine has 6000 miles on it and car just developed a warm running problem where it idles rough and WBO2 shows it running lean. Resistance values of the sensor checked from cold to warm seem to indicate it being functional but once I replaced the sensor with a paperclip (once warm), car ran immediately better and back to normal. |

I just installed one in my 86 911. It went in without a hitch, but the factory side connector pops loose and off at the URO connector. I have it zip tied for now.
The alternative is a $400 Porsche part. |
