Classic Retrofit: Lightweight Electric A/C - Group Buy

Starting a new thread to see what sort of interest there would be in a group buy for retrofit electric ac. Not sure they are in board but they said it could be considered if there's a large group of us. Just respond in and hopefully we can get 10 plus if not 20 people in! Please be a serious buyer when saying in!

Some additional details to help the group buy:

Today's exchange rate the price is $3736.50 retail. So assuming the price would be less than that.

And bullet points from their website:

Simple to Use. Control by a single ‘smart button’.
Modern double cage blower with integrated evaporator.

I'd be interested in the cost of a group buy.

Is this a DIY install ?

What is the install process?

Since the entire point of a group buy of a currently available product is reduced price, I'm a little confused by this thread that has zero mention of price.

LJ851,

I'd say you get a committed group, count heads and start negotiating.

How would you do it?
