oil lines for converting to '74 style

does anybody know the part #'s for the oil lines when converting a '79 to '74 heat exchangers. thanks jeff

The Pelican Parts numbers are; c-107-729-10 and c-107-739-10
I just bought these to put SSI's on my '78
