Power seat stuck

So, I was using the one of the threads from you fine people to replace the controls and wiring on my powered driver's seat. Everything was going great until re-install when now the seats doesn't move backward (though it did on the bench and when it was hooked up in the car but not bolted down).

So, the seat is currently all the way forward and I am trying to figure out how the heck I am going to get the forward bolts out so i can remove the seat and hopefully fix this. They forward bolts were only finger tight but I cannot even see them. Any one of you evil geniuses have an idea?

Also, it does have power and move maybe a 1cm then stops. I can feel the rod and move and then just stick.

Thanks in advance
