Recommend a good tint shop in Dallas?

As the title says. Thanks.

Not very many places have any experience with these older cars. I used to go to a DPR place in Plano but they decided to go mobile and closed up their shop.
It's also getting really pricey. I got a quote a year ago for my 75 911 coupe for $600 for the good tinting film plus install, and they wouldn't promise not to cut the seals.

I had a good experience with Alta Mere on Lemmon. Granted this was 15 years ago. It was who the local Lexus dealer sent me to. altameredallas.com

I used Alta Mere as well, it's got a good reputation and they did a fine job on my '88 Carrera. This was several years ago so I suppose things could have changed but they've been there for many, many years.

Alta Mere just quoted me $450 and reccomended Llumar Air Blue 80. Removal of old tint estimated $125-225. Can tint windshield for additional $250.

He said it costs more to do this car since there are no digital patterns to do the cutting. Maybe we can find some?

I second that! $800 for window tint seems a little crazy!

I've had Claudio at Pro Tint in Plano do several cars and they were always perfect! It's been a few years but all were great experiences. They were at Preston/Arapaho then but I think have moved closer to Plano.

I had Tint King in Frisco put a ceramic tint on my Targa that came out pretty good. He's a one man operation that has been doing tint for quite a while. I want to say the total a year ago was around $500.

A bit of a drive from Dallas but happy with the result (especially on the rear targa glass).
