Wheel Lock
Car has some safety lock under one lug nut on each wheel and I don’t have a key.
Any ideas?

the best thing you can do is ,use pipe drill -hole saw- and gently remove this crap...
Ivan do not know the story but also look under the seats,or front space in front of the spare tire-to look for the socket

Go to a local tire shop that has been around for a while, they have a drawer full of these lug lock keys.
