915 Rebuild - Inspection - Unusual Findings

I'm pretty inexperienced with these boxes but have done a few and so far so good.
This one has some worn parts I'm not totally understanding.

85 carrera box Uk with oil cooler.
This box has been rebuilt before but the owner said it was a bit baulky in shifting certain gears.

Pulling it apart, I found a worn pinion shaft, broken tooth of 1st gear dog ring, and one of the lobes broken off from the 1/2 shift guide (spider gear I call it) that was nowhere to be found.

2nd gear had obvious pitting on the teeth so a new 2nd gearset is on its way.

Just recently we found some wear on the 3/5 shift guide and some wear on the free spinning 4th gear on the input shaft.
