Recommendation on Zenith 40 TIN kits?
Good morning - I need to rebuild a pair of these and before I order the rebuild kit I wanted to ask for recommendations on which kits is best. I've seen some mixed reviews out there and would prefer not to have to hassle with bits that don't fit properly etc.
Thanks in advance for any coaching you all can provide.

I got mine from ebay and it was fine. While the set I picked up had been rebuilt already I was chasing a lean issue I thought was caused by a dirty zenith. Here is the set I bought:
Everything in the kit was good. None of the kits come with a particular sized o ring that fits on the mixture screws. I bought a bunch and can send you 6. Check out my trials over on 914world.

Thank you very much for the response. They say out of stock but will reach out to see if they have availability or same kit is available elsewhere.

When I was still working on Zeniths I think I bought my kits from Allstate Carbs:
https://allcarbs.com/product/carburetor-rebuild-kit-1965-1967-porsche/ Note that not all of the o-rings in kit will be used, mixture screws had two versions and therefor two different o-rings are in the kit to accommodate this variation.
