Aren't those adjustable bumper stop gizmos for the hood & trunk lid on many cars? They keep you from over slamming the lid and deforming it. Mount it thru the sheet metal and then adjust the stop height.

![]() These are metal. Lightweight, likely Aluminum. Possibly a height adjustment of some sort. Len

Are you certain those are aluminum? I sure would have guessed they were plastic based on the ridges formed perpendicular to the threads.

Do the parts separate?
Looks like they are peacock bungs, maybe for fuel system. Not necessarily Porsche. |

I have had a 911 for 27 years and done lots of different projects and work on my 911. I have never seen that part. I can't say they are not a Porsche part, but I will be surprised if you determine they are original to the car parts. Maybe some aftermarket part.
Let us know when you find out whet they are.

This came to mind as it may be a sort of petcock for fuel or radiator coolant., maybe even air conditioning lines.
Could even be a reducer fitting, just don’t know what the bolt would be for and if it were a bung. These examples are more common familiar petcocks and last pic is a 1/4” NPT motorcycle tank bung. ![]() ![]()
