Car Painter Recommendation in Portland, Ore.?
After countless hours removing paint, priming and block sanding and block sanding and block sanding, my '67 911 is finally ready for paint. Does anyone have a recommendation of a high quality auto painter in Portland, Ore. who will work with a car that is already primed?
Thank you!

Maybe give Brosseau's Coachworks in Estacada a call- A friend of mine worked there for a bit and they are really good. I don't have a ton of experience with body shops to know whether you doing the prep would make/break whether they'll touch it though

Steve's Auto Restorations in Gresham is really good. They do award winning custom cars. However, the last time I checked, it was a 6 month lead time to get in. The really good body and paint shops all are backed up. If you find one who can get you in "next week," beware.

You might give Rothsport a call and see if they have a recommendation.

Rothsport, Matrix, Thieman and Heckmann, Avant Garde Collection, etc. Also don't forget the Ferarri and Porsche dealers. If you're not a member of the Oregon PCA, join it and ask for some personal recommendations.

I agree with the above posters about who would know, and I would also suggest Alpina in SE.They don’t seem excited about a lot of disassembly and fitting work (eg, aftermarket ducktails and fiberglass bumpers), but their paint looks great…and they are friendly and a family business.
