911sc electrical melt-down....

Greetings,
I have a 1980 911sc that now needs an engine electrical harness due to a melt-down. I'm looking for someone that can either build one for me or can send me on the path to source one.
I found a used one on ebay for a 911 sc (14 pin) but not sure if it was the same for all 6 years of the sc model. Anyone???

Also sourced one out of Holland from Kroon.

Any advice would be very much appreciated....
Jon

For your 1980 911SC engine electrical harness, it's best to consult with Porsche specialists or reputable Porsche restoration shops. They can either build custom harness for you. Ensure compatibility of the used one on eBay or the one from Kroon with your specific model year.

Another +1 for Dennis Powell (timmy 2). His work is top notch and he helped me out on a couple of issues I had. Do you have a lift? This job is a PITA on jack stands.

Send me an email at the email posted by gamin above.
And yes, there are differences in the SC engine harnesses from 78 to 83.

Another vote for Timmy2 He sent me a new harness for my 2.7. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He customized the harness for my application. Top notch work!
