DME relay

Last week I posted about a no spark issue and 76FJ55 was spot on with his reply. Hoping to get a repeat performance. After getting spark the car still did not start. Sprayed some started fluid and it started right up. So we have a fuel problem. Jumped the relay and no joy. Fuel at the rails and Fuel injectors are firing off. ICV seems to be working but not sure if that would stop it from starting. Maybe a little ruff. Have a new DME relay. But as I did some searches I ran across a post from LORENfb stating the following must occur. 1)30 pin always has power. 2)86 & 87 pins have power when key is on. 3) 87b has power when engine is cranking. In checking mine I found everything has power with key on except 85b (30,85,86,87,87b all have power with key on). Only 30 and 87b have power when cranking. The question is does that sound correct or do I have it wired wrong? This is a 88 3.2 in a 70T. After years of being apart (including the wiring) it's going back together. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

85b gets its ground signal from pin 20 of the DME ECM when cranking or running.
This causes 87b to provide 12V to the FP.

Sounds like inadequate fuel pressure - bad pump.

I wouldn't listen to anything LorenFB has to say....he really screwed me over with a CD box I bought from him. I Bought one from him that he said was perfect and tested. I put it on my 72 911 T and the thing would spit and backfire fiercely. I could not drive my car. I sent him videos of what was happening, returned his piece of **** bix, and had Performance Automotive install one; the car has been running since then. When I called Loren about a refund, he claimed that Performance had messed up his box....that really pissed me off. I've been using Performance for 7-8 years and trust Peter and Paul to do right. Loren insisted that they had messed up his box. I basically told him fo f'ck off.
