Sunroof headliner material function
Does this center flap have a purpose? Was going to cut off a section to repair a small worn-out area. Will cutting a small square piece cause an issue in its function?

you can probably cut a small section off the edge, but it is there to attach to that mid span rib. it keeps the center of the sunroof headliner from sagging.

I'm sure you can have one made. when I was doing the interior of my car the headliner in general was in good shape, but the sunroof panel was failing.. As i was making some design changes to the seats I actually had a sunroof panel made with brown/tan Pasha, so yes, you can get just a sunroof panel. For reference I got mine from Classic 9
