Correct 1984 Cashmere interior combination
I just picked up a Pewter Metallic 1984 Carrera with Cashmere interior. Unfortunately, the door panels (mostly the bins) are in a sad state and need replacing. I would love to replace with OEM colors and was curious if there was variance in the color combinations of Cashmere for '84. My interior is mostly black, but with Cashmere accents. But I've also seen other '84 photos where the interior was nearly all Cashmere. The window sticker simply lists the option as "Special leather interior".
Would love some input on the correct color combination for this year. TIA! ![]()

Is there a reason you think the existing black pockes are incorrect?
The two-tone option is much better looking than the wall of same color everywhere look. I have gray beige predominantly in my '84, apart from dash and wheel, and it's boring as f. Plus, that color looks like it is always dirty, even when it's not. Champagne, cashmere, or cork, far better colors. |

Apologies if I gave the incorrect impression. I have zero qualms with how it looks now, in terms of color combination. I just wanted to make sure it was a factory combination and not some hodgepodge of replacement parts it's collected over the years.
