Jack Mounts - Help !!

Long story...
I recently had the front suspension pan replaced due to rust issue. Rust area near the passenger side suspension mounts, no sign of battery issues. I've had the car for over 40 years and has been garaged for the last 30 years unless I am driving it so rust is kind of a mystery.
Local highly reputable shop did the repair, (no comment on how long it took them). Seem to have done a good job: drives and tracks very well...

But they totally destroyed the Jack mounts in the frunk.
On the center mount they welded the bottom attachment point in totally the wrong place. In order to do that someone beat down the area the jack rests on and welded the attachment point to the bottom of the suspension pan instead of the vertical surface and proceeded to totally destroy the clip area used to actually hold the jack in place.

On the outer mount it appears to be welded in the right place but again they welded up the mounting clip area. No real explanation on how this happened but are trying to source the necessary parts to fix.

Per PET, the part shown is: 911-501-383-40
but has been superceded by: 911-501-383-40GRV

Apparently this mount was only used in '74- '77 911s
I cannot find a picture/drawing of what the...-40GRV part looks like.
If any has used this part I would really appreciate if you could post a picture of the mount both with and without the jack mounted.

Also, starting in '78 it appears a similar mount was used but is made of 2-3 pieces instead of 1 piece. Again if anyone with a '78 or later could post pics of the mount I would appreciate it.

Thanks

The "GRV" just means it's primed.
