Looking for original type door seals
The lower door seals on my 73.5 targa are falling apart so I ordered some new ones from our sponsor. I received what is probably a generic 911 replacement seal--a double tube style seal, which will probably work but I would rather use the original type, which uses a small tee cross section, and appears to be solid foam.
I contacted a well known Porsche rubber specialist--I.M., and he couldn't help me. Does anyone have a source for an original type seal? any leads would be appreciated. |
