Bell,
I'll do my best to meet with you and the others. I can leave any time Friday AM and I'll be departing Detroit, following whatever route is best. I hope we can "caravan" since that's always more fun and this will be the longest trip I've taken in the 911. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate!

I'll be coming up from Atlanta - leaving on Friday or possibly Thursday afternoon to get a head start. Will see you all at the Bears Den on Friday evening.

this is turning out to be a pretty good turnout
![]() art the easiest route for you will be to simply go south from detroit then jump on the ohio turnpike, detroit is 2 - 2.1/2 hours depending on traffic from this rest stop. so if you left at 7:30-8am you'll have plenty of time

Bell- IIRC we had about 25 last year at the Bears Den.
Looking forward to seeing you all again, and getting some CHEAP parts!

I'll (hopefully) be there Sat a.m. - it's only 2hrs away! Last year my SC barnyard find was still up on blocks. On the way up the transmixer in the Qship grenaded. Hope for better luck this time. If you've never been to the real Hershey in Oct it's a car lovers treat.

Thanks. I'm at Georgia & University in beautiful downtown Wheaton. I'll just get up at a civilized hour and run I-95 - BBeltway - I83 - H'burg - 322 - Chocklit World. It's 2hrs in the Q(wink wink) from our house to the October AACA lot, but I'll have to virtually crawl if we take the SC.

I've gone every year since I got back from overseas in 1998 and went a few times before 1993 when it was at Ski Roundtop. Wouldn't miss it unless it was under three feet of snow or hit by a dirty bomb (though some parts for sale sure like they were). Rain? That's normal for Hershey. Oh, and my picture's been in the 356 Registry articles on the event two years a row now (I'm not anybody they purposely photograph, just a the guy with his head buried in the rear of a 356). See ya'll there!

Okay, since most of the posting is regarding those traveling far and wide, I'll ask;
Is anyone from southwestern PA going? Friday afternoon or early saturday morning? Just curious.

Hi John. I'll take the 73E if the weather is nice, otherwise, it'll be the 993 lux cruiser. See you at Hershey!

Bears Den Friday night.
Are there any plans for meeting up for lunch for anyone not arriving until saturday? Maybe a central meeting point after the suburban's are filled with parts?
