Sounds like the '76 guys were banking the money before the check arrived. With the amount of times this has been on the table in the past couple years, it was bound to pass.

Hmmmm. Seems like there would be a market for buying 75 and older hulks and rebuilding them by replacing every component surrounding the car's serial number plate. Anyone ever done that and willing to admit it?
