say it isnt so! i've been following this thing since the begining. i know the governator has until sept. 30th to sign or veto. i havent heard anything since...but now the guys at rennlist are saying it's passed?!

Sounds like the '76 guys were banking the money before the check arrived. With the amount of times this has been on the table in the past couple years, it was bound to pass. I bought a car that was already exempt for this reason. JCM

Hmmmm. Seems like there would be a market for buying 75 and older hulks and rebuilding them by replacing every component surrounding the car's serial number plate. Anyone ever done that and willing to admit it?
