I think I will be in the area the 6th and 7th. If it turns out to be that weekend, I could probably stop by for awhile. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.

I'm off 2499 just past 407 and before the tracks. Off subject a bit, but I've killed 5 Black Widows in my garage in the past 3 weeks. Have you had a similar problem?

Lubemaster: You must be kidding! I'm at the end of 2499, left on Castlewood, left on Wimbledon. I have to make a little more noise next time driving on 2499!
Seriously, are you around at all this weekend? I could swing by and look at yours, or vice-versa. I've got a whole batch of parts for projects in, so I was planning on getting a few things done in the garage tomorrow. No Black Widows.

Cool! I'm on 903 Saddle Brook - right accross the street from the pond on the cul de sac. Give me a shout on my cell - 214-450-7864. Soccer game at 3PM on Sat.
(I'll have the Shiner Boc, you bring the Raid!) Mike Holloway

Mike:
I've got one of my front wheels off for repaint right now, and I'm going to change my heater fan. I should have her out at about Noon or so, I'll see if we can meet. I was going to flush the brakes, but I need something to do tomorrow For the record, I'm at 3049 Wimbledon, the one with the beautiful Red Targa in the garage!

Ed and a beauty she is! Your car is sweeeeet. Tight and pretty. Nice job on her, thanks for letting me take her for a spin. It's great oil cooled enthuisists connect, we now have to get other Targa owners together one of these days. It's all about sub-segmenting down to the en'th degree.

Mike:
Good to meet you and your car as well. Sub-segmenting? Several of the companies we represent are owned by a major corporation that espouses that philosophy to a great extent. Hopefully Andy will weigh in with the latest plans on the proposed Addison get-together.

Neil, my Targa has a bit of North East cancer - nothing bad yet but I really want to keep up with the Hughe's, are you painting yours or having it done?

Neil,
I have the ball joint tool. I'll be in Dallas this weekend, but I don't know yet if I'll make it to the meeting. I'll bring the tool either way and if I don't make it, we could probably meet somewhere.

donk,
You have a PM. LubeMaster77, I am having the car painted, but I did a fair amount of disassembly myself. Now I need to remember how to put it back together. Ed, I heard the targa glass is a PITA. Hopefully KevinP73's targa installation trick will make the install much easier.
