Can I regrease the rear bearing without a big ordeal?
I'm not interested in the bearing replacement project just yet and it seems tight. It sounds as if it could use some grease. It ain't broke.

No joke. And replacing it is not fun. Not impossible, just not fun.
Good news is that these bearings are very robust and will limp along making noise for years (ask me how I know) without catastrophic consequences. Put replacing it on your list of things to do, though. Mike

As always, Thank you gentlemen,
that must be why my search results came up nothing. I guess when it has to happen I'll try the double pry bar method. If it's good enough for Mr Walker...
