I called the number and became a member over the phone. I still have to wait 2 days for the PCA number and then I can order the UpFixin set. They have just over 400 sets left.

On a lark I called PCA today instead of tomorrow to see if I my membership has been processed. I am now a member and the UpFixin pubs are on there way. Yahoo!
