Engine was MFI 3 liter, turbo brakes w/ dual m/c, t bar suspension

Starkey has some detailed info in his books particularly in the later one;

Thanks guys! Some seem to have tea trays and others have ducks. They all apear in white with red, blue, black or gold trim.
Looks like I have to do some more research into the suspension differences of the RS and my S...
Ill give Starkey a try.

Yummy...simply yummy...

What I've found interesting about the 3.0 RS is it's listed as weighing 2,400 pounds. If true, that seems sort of heavy for the car...

It's still a beautiful example, though.

1,900 lbs makes sense. What I probably read was the weight from the factory directly for road use, and with fluids. It'd seem Porsche would strip it down to as close as it could get to the '73 Carrera RS.

Does anyone know the suspension specs on the 3.0 RS? Torsion bar size and sway bar size in particular.

19mm torsions vs. 22mm

What advantage is gained from using 22mm front torsions instead of 19mm?

Matt's car appears to have the more efficent and longer overhanging whale tail, also used on the IROC cars.
