OK yeah i am kinda wondering as i have spoken to them about the emblem, theysay it was stolen from the car, see car fax below with VIN.
1994 PORSCHE 911 TURBO WP0AC2961RS480128 COUPE 3.6L H6 TURBO FI / REAR WHEEL DRIVE Will look at the car weds and let you know, is it possible to put a diff VIN plate in the car and if so where are the actual vin #'s aside from the door sill so that i can inspect it. Also, how do i runa motor match of sorts to tell that the motor in the car is the right one?

i doubt they put a different vin number on that company Don L has been around a long long time and does a huge very high line leasing business. it may just be a shlocky car they dressed up and are trying to get rid of. or it may be a diamond in the rough.

OKay they gave you that option to send it back? I would have a PPI done and have a body shop look at it and test the paint thickness. good luck I hope it works out for you!

Well i am leasing it from them so if i end up with a problem, they will either fix the prob or i will send it back. I miffed on the PPI as i am new ot buying from afar.
Also have the carfaz buyback protection, if they even matters Z

Who pays for repairs in that kind of lease? What happens if the motors been beat on and in a few months you're looking at a top end job? There is a very high line leasing company not far from me ( Fleetway ) who does these secondary leases, they can be interesting if you want a car for a short time. Also, Don L, as I mentioned has been around a long time so its not a fly by night opperation. Good luck.

Well i am taking the car as is no warranty which is prob crazy as hell. I am more concerned with the #'s matching up and that the car is there with the right motor chassis aetc, i am having a set of original wheels sent over from the UK to put back on the car. ANd will nail down the friggin center console mess. Hopefully after that we are pretty close to original. I did this for bis reasons with the lease etc. and was one of my few options. I will just buyout the car once the lease is up.

Those wheels are a bloody fortune and I dont think you can get them even from the factory with the "porsche" on the rim half. I would still recomend a PPI.

I am sure they are OEM but I dont believe that make the Porsche stencel on them anymore try the 964 turbo board on rennlist
