Keep me posted. I will try to make it and try to bring some of the south valley Pelicans along. Not sure how long I can stay though (I have to get the wife's car ready for the autocross school, Help pull Mad Mike's motor, and have a long list of things for my car before track season starts). I will also be out of town the last weekend of sept.

Fender, Keep in mind that your car should be cooled overnight before you do a valve adjustment.

If you want I usually have beer in the garage fridge, so if you want to swing by we could talk a little about what you are getting into.

Also, if you plan on taking your heat exchangers off, make sure you spray the nuts once a day for at least a week with PB blaster or equal, DON"T use Liquid wrench, it is crap. (WOW, when I read that out loud it almost sounds dirty).

I couldn't agree with you anymore, of the pelican peeps I have meet so far all of them have been great people. What better way to get the AZ pelicans together then a tune up gathering.

hey cleared covered area. have mongo halogen dual lite setup. plus flourescents for night ops. probably be best for all to plan on starting early on a saturday, that way we can see and might actually get something done before noon, when pool and bar are opened! LOL!

tell me when you get car. remember ............anyone driving p-car has about 700 yds of dirt road to get into my place. mines lowered w/RUF frontend.....................you just have to go slow. i know thats against all prior teachings, unless any of you have a rothmanns 959, then the speed limit is not an issue! and air hang time will be judged and a winner declared!

just a note...............when i worked for porsche when i was younger. the hardest cars to clean seagull ka-ka off of, after they came off the ship at san pedro/long beach harbors was........................YELLOW!

now there better not be any seagull KA KA on this one!

Nice ride Lee. The last I knew you had the Spyder.

I've just been busy with work and a few other things. Have only put a couple thousand miles on the 911 in the last 2 years. Need to get out more. Maybe a run in the early fall.

here was the gist of my lost pm. i am scrounging for all my interior parts. sounds easy but it aint. lots of little parts to find from various vendors. my pelican order will land 9/22. betterbodies 9/20 and if i can weasel my console out of 2 guys here it may land next week. patricks has 4 pieces i need and has them. so my evil plan is to get your party going in collusion with my interior party. this week after class will start tearing doors apart etc. center console i will leave until i get it via ups.

so bottom line............scrounge all your parts up/special tools(i have quite a few) and the invitations go out. have lots of elk and deer. took mine out w g/friend last night up to sunset point. great little drive despite traffic.
