cellette/blackhawk bench

In the middle 80`s or so Cellette and Blackhawk got together and Blackhawk produced their version of the Celette bench. It had fixtures and so on. They did not make 356 fixtures as far as I know, but had 911, 924, 928. I have a bench and am looking for fixtures. Anyone know of any?

I have a Blackhawk bench but no 911 or 930 fixtures yet. I work in CNC machine shop and working on making my own fixtures. I have fixtures for early Camaro's, Mustangs, and most muscle cars. I got a package deal awhile back and bought a bunch of Blackhawk stuff.

To answer your question I dont know where to find the fixtures. I have thought about buying Celette fixtures and mounting them to the Blackhawk bench. Maybe somebody will post more info.

I to got a lot of american fixtures, as well as the blackhawk measuring system. The Celette fixture idea is a valid one since they made adapters to fit the Celette fixtures to the Blackhawk bench. Also I would think if you could get the Celette fixtures we could get the bolt pattern off the Celette and re-drill the bench to fit the Celette fixtures?

How do you know this? Cellete is still in business. I have heard such rumors, but I don't understand why Cellete would give Blachhawk anything. You can call Cellete and ask your question. You can also search here, as we have discussed Celettes many times. Some of the board members have Celletes.

BTW, you left out 930. Cellete has fixtures for the 930, too.

I only ask because the only reference to Celette and Blackhawk used in the same sentence on Google for 5 pages of hits is your ad:

"I have a blackhawk/ celette bench.I am looking for porsche 356, and 911 fixtures. phone 610-449-xxxx. also looking for an old celette bench ( 1970 or so) and porsche 356, and 811 fixtures."

You are indeed a master of the English language.

BTW, I have complete drawings of all the fixtures for the 911. However, I don't seem to be real inclined to help on this thread any longer.

Celette is very much still in business.

http://www.celette.com/

And they make Porsche fixtures for...

http://www.celette-na.com/porsche.php

I bought a set of fixtures for my older Model 7 bench a few years ago.

Maybe you can find something here:
http://www.autobodyonline.com/products/usedEquip/equipsearch.cfm?type=FOR%20SALE&catagory=Body%20Equipment

I think you will find that Snap-On acquired Blackhawk. Read the fine print at the bottom of Blackhawk's web site.
