Shift Light ???
Is there any way to get a shift light to work with a stock tach? 1987 3.2
Any aftermarket electronics that monitor the RPMs that would include a shift light? I am aware of the aftermarket tachs that support this, but I don't want to replace my tach.

G-Tech ProComp. Inexpensive, sequential (plus does all sorts of neat stuff)!

Shift Light
The datatool is easy to install and works well. I cut a small slot above the tach in my dash. You can just see the right side of the datatool shift light in the picture below. I made a little carbon fiber window since the slot I cut had jagged edges, and it was an easy way to make it look decent.
Works very well in racing situations... sequential and then all lights blink at redline (in my case 7200). I have an extra one sitting new in the box in my garage, I was thinking about using two, but I think it might be too distracting. I have seen some of the pro dashes and steering wheels using two sets of sequential lights, but ost often they have fewer elements than I'd have with two of the Datatool units. So I will probably sell my second one
