Odd Timing Mark (Hope this works)

Some time ago I updated my A/C system on my 78SC and I installed a used crankshaft pulley. The fan pulley side is the larger diameter (108 mm?) size. It has the normal California timing marks (5 ATDC) but it also has a single mark about 30 to 40 degrees ATDC. And no, these are not the 30 degree BTDC timing marks; they are there on the pulley as well. Apparently 77 California cars were set at 13 to 17 ATDC (wow!) but this mark appears about twice that ATDC. Does anyone know what this timing mark was for? Thanks.
