In the mid to late 80's the 3.2, turbos and 944's in G1 paint code dominated the dealer lots. Even in 89, Porsche's first 250 964 models in the US were G1. Just look at the 1989 Christophorus issue with the 964's on the front cover... you can't miss that. |

Doug
Hi Doug, great eye for detail, missed the car but spotted my 1950`s mower collection, if you look up Ultimate Targa Thread and go to page 80 ,there is info on them with more close up photo`s of the mowers on a page or two after my car photo`s, only because someone gave the exact same response as yourself,I had to go back to the post just to make sure you weren`t the same person with great sarcasm and just pulling my leg for a laugh. As for the car I imported it as you see it from the USA 2 years ago . Bought for $16.000 K spent another $9000 K to get it here and have it coplied and insured, registered and roadworthy to Australian standards and now insured with a market value of $60.000K :D and climbing each year,It is an investment for me,as I want a 356 as my next Porsche.
Regards Brett in Cairns Australia http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1334092368.jpg Her is one for the Victa Mowers, all restored and running ,was a hobby 10 years ago. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1334092635.jpg I think I will sell the mowers before the car as it seems they receive more interest,:D Cheers from Australia |
Since we can put Volkswagens and Victa lawn equipment on here, can I post my 928S and 944 in guards red? As an added note, the 904 and 550 spyder look awesome in guards red too.
