On my car it drapes over from the left, and it looks like you can see the bracket with nothing in it.

- Smog pump belt
- The air box straps are wrong
- Cruise control cable is missing from the bracket
- Engine foam panel is falling down
- Sticker and strap are off center

That's about all I can find...

That's the cruise control cable, not the throttle cable.
